The rentals section will cover short-term and long-term rental listings that don't fit under the Property or Cars verticals — furnished apartments for expats, car rentals (self-drive and with driver), event equipment, tools, and party supplies. Filterable by rental period, location, and included services.

Buying & safety guidance
This advice applies today, even before the section opens.
- 1Read the full rental contract before signing — pay attention to deposit terms, damage liability, and early-return penalties.
- 2Agree in writing how the deposit will be returned — bank transfer with receipt is safer than cash.
- 3Photograph or video the rented item's condition at pickup — this protects you from disputed damage claims at return.
- 4Inspect the item in person before paying — never send money to a seller you have not met.
- 5Verify the seller's identity and phone number. Ask for a video call if you cannot meet in person.

Rentals will open alongside or shortly after Property, since the two categories overlap heavily.
